Specifically we ask that you send us a proof of identity, such as a passport or ID card and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. In order to send us your documents, simply login to your account and click on My Account. Click next on Upload documents on the left-hand side, and upload the necessary documents. To withdraw only these two documents are required however, we may ask you for additional documents such as a credit card statement in the future depending on your account activity. Your documents will be processed and approved within 1-2 business days.
